Has your confidence and self-worth been shattered? Do you question if you're to blame for the abuse? Do you feel lost, stuck, and unsure how to move forward? Tired of constantly doubting yourself and wondering if you’ll ever feel whole again?
I’m so glad you’re here! This podcast will help you heal from the effects of narcissistic abuse so you can rebuild your confidence and self-worth and finally experience peace, joy, and emotional stability.
Hey, I’m Tekyia. A mom and survivor of narcissistic abuse. For years, I carried the weight of guilt and shame, feeling like a failure, convinced something was wrong with me. My confidence was gone. My self-worth? Non-existent. And I couldn’t see a way forward. I tried therapy, self-help books, motivational pep talks. But nothing brought real change until I realized that true healing from narcissistic abuse requires both God’s truth and practical tools that restore the mind and emotions, not just surface fixes. Now I’m here to share the truth and tools that bring real healing…the kind that restores your mind, renews your confidence, and anchors your worth in God’s truth. If you’re ready to start living with peace, confidence, and freedom this podcast is for you!
So take a deep breath. You have permission to exhale now. Let’s heal for real.

Have you ever known what the right thing to do was — but still felt afraid of how someone else would react?
Do you find yourself shrinking, explaining, or hesitating even after learning about boundaries?
Do you feel anxious when you think someone might be disappointed with you?
In this episode, I’m unpacking why people-pleasing continues for women healing from covert narcissistic abuse.
People-pleasing isn’t kindness, humility, or love — it’s fear-based self-protection that develops when safety and worth feel conditional. This episode explores how narcissistic abuse disconnects women from their voice, discernment, and identity, and why people-pleasing becomes automatic even after the relationship ends.
Through a personal story and biblical truth, we shift the focus from behavior to identity in Christ — learning how living from identity, rather than for approval, restores clarity, peace, and emotional steadiness.
This episode is about healing at the identity level, not trying harder to stop people-pleasing.

Do you feel pressure to keep everything together just to feel okay about yourself?
Do you feel guilty when you rest, need help, or can’t hold it all together?
Do you notice your confidence drop the moment you feel like you’ve disappointed someone?
In this episode, I’m uncovering the quiet lie that slowly destroys self-worth, especially after covert narcissistic abuse.
This episode breaks down how that belief forms in emotionally unsafe relationships, how it affects confidence, healing, and discernment, and why it keeps women stuck in over-functioning and self-doubt.
You’ll also hear the deeper truth that restores stability from the inside out.
This episode is for women healing from narcissistic abuse who want to rebuild self-worth, emotional steadiness, and confidence without striving or self-abandonment.

14 | Healing Shame: How Jesus Speaks to Wounded Women Without Shaming Them
Thursday Jan 15, 2026
Thursday Jan 15, 2026
Do you wonder if your past makes God keep His distance from you?
Do you assume God avoids your story because it’s complicated?
Have you been hiding parts of your life — even from God?
In this episode, I'm looking at the story of the Woman at the Well in a way that feels real and relatable especially if you’ve been carrying shame after abuse.
If you’ve ever felt like your past disqualifies you from hearing God, this episode will help you see why that’s not true — and what changes when shame stops filtering everything you hear.

Feel like hearing God became harder after narcissistic abuse?
Ever wonder if God is silent because you did something wrong?
Do you question whether what you’re sensing is really God — or just you?
In this episode, we’re talking about one of the most overlooked reasons hearing God feels difficult after covert narcissistic abuse: shame.
I share how shame quietly forms through abuse, how it distorts spiritual clarity, and why struggling to hear God doesn’t mean your faith is broken. This episode will help you understand what’s really happening internally. I pray this episode gives you clarity and blesses you.

Are you ending this year still waiting for things to make sense?
Do you feel like you should have more answers by now — like your healing should look more finished than it does?
Does the uncertainty of what’s next still make your heart race, even when you’re trying to trust God?
In this episode, I’m talking about something we don’t discuss enough — what it’s like to end the year without all the answers. Not because you haven’t done the work, but because healing doesn’t always wrap up neatly.
I’m sharing about the quiet shift that happened when I stopped needing to understand everything before I could trust God with it. If you’re tired of waiting for certainty before you allow yourself to feel at peace, this episode is for you.
